KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）1.Be responsible for Intima II product assembly according to production plan, and complete the production plan on time with required quantity負責按照生產計劃組織兢馬產品的裝配，及時、足量的完成生產計劃。2.Be responsible for people management for auto assembly operators, and assistant to support section manager to interview and hiring operators; be responsible for organize operator work skill and training. Conduct and check operator on duty time. Be responsible for operator PMP and Bonus evaluation according to plant relative procedure.負責裝配區域的人員管理；協助生產主管進行操作人員的招聘；負責組織操作人員的操作技能培訓；進行本區域人員的考勤；負責根據公司相應的政策進行績效評估和獎金考評。3.Be responsible for operation safety management in operation, and make sure all safety procedure must be fixed in production process. On time report and investigate safety accident in production floor, and take correction and preventive action plan負責裝配生產過程中的安全控制，確保各項安全程序在生產過程中的落實；及時報告并調查現場安全事故，并采取糾正和預防措施。4.Be responsible for quality control in operation procedure, and make sure all finished goods in good quality, and assistant section manager to solve process quality issue. Assistant to support section manager to conduct response on quality correct action and preventive action plan. Be responsible handle the nonconformance product according to non-conformance review results.負責產品生產過程中的質量監控，確保成品的產品質量，協助生產主管解決過程質量問題；協助生產主管進行質量糾正和預防措施的響應；負責根據不合格評審的結果對產品進行處理。5.Be responsible for supplies preparation for assembly area according to production plan on time.負責裝配區域的物料準備，根據生產計劃及時準備相應的物料。6.Continue to monitor supplies consumption in production process, and continue to improve production waste rate, and achieve waste rate target. Control supplies spending according to volume budget持續監控生產過程的物料消耗，并持續改進生產過程，降低生產廢品率，實現廢品率控制目標；根據輔料預算，進行輔料消耗控制。7.According to process improvement requirement, issue proposal for process enhancement根據過程改進的要求，對過程改進提出建議SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）1.Above (or) Middle diploma graduate, mechanic and electrics as combination, or industry automation in major中專或以上學歷，機械、機電一體化、工業自動化等專業2.More than 5 years process management experience5年以上現場管理經驗3.Skilled process management knowledge豐富的現場管理知識4.Skilled quality control knowledge for production process豐富的生產過程質量控制知識5.Familiar computer application熟悉計算機的使用6.Good at people management and coordination, good at communication skill良好的人員管理和協調能力，良好的溝通能力7.Good at team work and cooperation spirit有良好的團隊合作精神8.Familiar with production data with statistical and analysis, and statistical process control熟悉生產數據統計及分析，熟悉統計過程控制
