崗位職責描述Job Descriptions1、按會計制度和經濟業務內容情況設置明細賬，編制會計憑證，登記總賬和明細賬，每月按會計流程按時結賬、提交報表，做到手續完備、數字準確、填報及時、帳表相符。Be responsible for build up the financial accounts, monthly bookkeeping, preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner2、保證公司會計核算的全面、及時、準確地進行成本費用、收入、利潤、資產、負債及現金流量的核算，按月出具分析報告，為公司決策提供有效的會計資料和會計分析；Make sure all financial reports include cost, income, P&L, assets and Cash flow are be provided correctly and timely.3、保證公司各項上交稅金的合理性、合法性、及時性，杜絕罰沒性支出，并按要求向稅務、財政和統計等部門報送會計材料；Report the taxes to the tax bureau reasonably, legally and in time.4、合理安排資金的使用，保證公司經營活動正常運轉；Arrange the company’s cash flow reasonable and make sure the normal operation.5、協助子公司總經理編制年、季度成本、利潤、資金、費用等有關的財務指標計劃，定期檢查、監督、考核計劃的執行情況，及時調整和控制計劃的實施；Support the subsidiary general manager to provide, review and oversee the yearly accounting and bookkeeping works.6、負責集團財務制度及子公司各項制度的具體執行，做好子公司財務部的日常核算與管理工作，協調子公司各部門關系。Provide the daily accounting and management works according to finance policy and process, coordinate the relationship between each department.7、建立健全財務管理體系和內部控制制度，組織落實資金、應收款項管理，防范資金風險，并監督完善財務收支、費用控制及操作流程等財務管理相關工作；Establish and improve the financial management system and internal control system, organization of the implementation of the funds, accounts receivable management, prevent financial risks, and supervision and perfect the financial revenue and expenditure, cost control and operational processes, and financial management related works.8、公司月度資金計劃/預算、年度預算的編制、控制、分析、匯報；Provide, control, analysis and report the monthly and yearly financial plan/budget9、公司稅收籌劃并提出可行性建議，協調與銀行、稅務部門、會計師事務所等相關單位的關系；Provide the tax plan, coordinate and make the good relationship with banks, tax bureau, accounting firms and other related units.10、完成上級領導臨時交辦的各項工作任務。Complete other related works provide by line manager.任職資格：Required Qualifications1、持有會計從業資格證書、有會計師職稱或者注冊會計師資格者優先；Have the accounting qualification certificate, Qualification of certified public accountant or CPA is preferred;五年以上會計工作及管理經驗（條件優者可放寬到三年），其中兩年以上主管崗位工作經歷。More than 5 years accounting working experience and management experience (conditional person can be relaxed to three years), 2+ years finance supervisor experience.2、熟悉企業財務核算流程及國家相關法律。熟練使用EXCEL表格及財務軟件。有醫院或者診所等醫療行業財務工作經驗優先。Be familiar with the process of enterprise financial accounting and relevant laws of the state. Proficiency in the use of EXCEL spreadsheet and financial software. Experience in medical industry, such as hospital or clinic, is preferred.3、熟悉企業財務制度及流程、用友U8財務軟件操作使用，精通相關財稅法律法規。熟練進行財務分析、資金管理、預算管理、稅務管理。Be familiar with enterprise financial rules and procedures, UFIDA U8 financial software operation, proficient in the relevant tax laws and regulations. Skilled in financial analysis, financial management, budget management, tax management.4、擅長財務分析，且具有綜合分析能力，財務風險意識強。統籌財務預算方案，編制公司財務預算能力。Good at financial analysis, and have comprehensive analysis ability, strong sense of financial risk. Have the skills to overview the financial budget plan, prepare the company's financial budget.5、良好的組織、協調、溝通能力和團隊協作精神，工作認真踏實嚴謹，能承受較大的工作壓力。Good organize, coordinate and communication skills, team player, serious workers, can work under pressure.6、集團子公司財務負責人，英語較好者優先。In charge of the subsidiary financial department, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a big plus.
