職位描述：Design, develop, and improve mfg. processes & procedures following applicable requirements.Work with other related functions to achieve the cost, quality & delivery goal.主要職責：1.Fulfill MFG owned tasks by following PCP (Product commercialization process) for new product commercialization and manufacturing transaction.2.Develop and optimize the overall production process and identify each workstation including setting up and updating. Design, qualify and maintain related fixture/tooling/equipment.3.Develop & maintain manufacturing related documentation including BOM, SWP, DMR, DHR etc.4.Training of Production Associates, Technician or Operator, not just in production but also in quality, logistics/warehousing.5.Adopt new manufacturing principles just like 5S, Lean MFG for continuous improvement for good quality and productivity.6.Responsible for achieving the productivity (quality, cost, delivery) goal.7.ECR/ECO/DA creation, review, approval & implementation.8.Trouble Shooting & Root Cause Analysis with related department such as R&D, QA, etc.9.Technical support to MFG verification & validation for source change program.10.Technical support to related departments such as RA, I/E, Service, Supplier, Planner and etc.Education, Professional experience:?Bachelor or higher degree in science degree such as: Production Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or Optical Engineering.Technical knowledge:?Familiar with production management.?Project management skill of product commercialization and transfer was preferred.?Knowledge of product safety / ISO13485, FDA, UL etc. Knowledge of 6-sigma, SPC & quality tools, concept of Lean MFG and 5S is a plus.?Good analytical trouble-shooting skills..Personal characteristics:?Good communication(verbal and written), global communication experience is preferred.?Strong teamwork spirit and intend to coordinate.Languages:?English:Fluent spoken and written?Mandarin: Fluent spoken and writtenPC-Knowledge:?Fluent Windows / MS Word / MS Excel/Power point
