職位描述：崗位職責：?負責公司全線牙科設備的售后維修與保養；?與公司技術團隊配合為客戶提供設備售后服務支持；?與技術支持合作，現場為用戶進行設備調試、故障排除和設備演示；?通過電話、現場等方式協助用戶或代理商解決公司設備應用和維修問題；?根據業務需求，為用戶提供設備應用方面的技術培訓。Responsibilities:?Responsible for company dental equipment’s repair & maintenance?Work with technical team to provide after-sales service support;?Work with helpdesk to do on site troubleshooting, product demonstration and testing?Help users or dealers to solve product application and repairing problems onsite or through telephone;?Provide technical training of the product application for users as business needed任職要求：?本科學歷，醫學工程、電子或機械類專業；?較強的英文閱讀能力，計算機操作水平及機械技能；?兩年以上設備售后技術支持經驗；?有口腔行業從業經驗者優先；?良好的表達能力，善于與客戶溝通；?具備很強的團隊合作精神及工作積極、主動性；?能夠經常出差。Requirements:?Bachelor degree in medical engineering or electronic and mechanical engineering;?Good English reading ability, computer operation and mechanical skills;?At least 2 years' after-sales repairing experience;?Oral industry experience is preferred;?Good communication skills;?Strong team cooperation spirit and innovation initiative;?Able to travel frequently.
