職位描述:崗位職責:Summary of Responsibilities:The position is responsible for providing overall Sales Leadership and Development for Qingdao United to ensure revenue growth targeted towards existing and new clients in Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Doctors (B2D) sales channels, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:?Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets and specific goals.?Provide training, support and leadership to all location sales team members to ensure all revenue targets are met.?Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments within Qingdao United as well as other facilities within the UFH network.?Directly negotiate and close agreements with large (individual) clients, corporates and hospital referral network.?Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements?Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts?Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities?Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs?Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation and new product developmentKey Performance Indicators:Key Performance Indicators are directly linked to On-Target-Earnings (OTE) and are further specified in the Commission Plan. Supervision Received: This position reports directly to the General Manager, Qingdao United Family Hospital and functionally to the VP Customer Solutions, United Family Hospital (corporate). Supervision Exercised:This position manages all employees of the sales departments (called Customer Solutions) across Qingdao United Family Hospital and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of all employees within all sales departments of Qingdao United Family Hospital. 任職資格:Knowledge and Experience:1.At least 10 years experience in B2C and/or B2B direct sales channels of which at least 5 years in managing a high performance sales team in the People’s Republic of China.2.Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.3.Strong communication and team management skills4.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude5.Availability to travel as needed6.BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field7.Native Mandarin Speaker and Fluent in English.
