職位描述：PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要Under solid supervisor’s direction to develop and maintain customers of hospital and distributor to achieve sales target. Tocomplete collection and collation of marketing information independently.在直接主管的帶領下完成醫院及經銷商客戶的開發、維護工作，達成銷售指標；能獨立完成市場信息的收集、整理。PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責According to solid supervisor’s requirement, to make weekly work plan and submit it in time, visit customers, develop newcustomers and complete assigned sales target as planned.根據直接主管的要求，制訂每周工作計劃并及時提交，按計劃拜訪客戶，開發新客戶，完成指定的銷售指標Initiative to understand marketing information for related products independently. To build up, gather and update customers’data.主動獨立了解相關產品的市場情況，建立、搜集并及時更新客戶資料Have the ability to help distributor to manage inventory and order. To evaluate distributors’ business development plan withmarketing conditions and feedback the implementation to management team.具備協助經銷商管理庫存量及訂單的能力，根據市場情況對經銷商業務發展計劃進行評估，并及時反饋公司管理層該計劃執行情況Have relevant clinical and product knowledge, and have ability to provide product knowledge and solution to doctor/customerand training of basic product knowledge to doctors and distributors.掌握相關臨床專業知識和產品知識，具備提供醫生客戶產品使用知識和方案的能力，具備培訓醫生及經銷商基本產品知識的能力Be positive to complete company required training in time with relevant exam pass.積極參加并及時完成各項公司要求的培訓，每次培訓都能通過相應的及格線要求Follow up the bidding progress of product and timely feedback to management team.跟蹤負責產品的投標進展并及時反饋給公司管理層PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求EDUCATION 教育程度Medical or Medical device educational background, college degree or above in Clinical, Medicine, Biology related field醫療或醫學器械專業背景，或醫學，藥學，生物醫藥技術等相關領域大專以上教育背景EXPERIENCE 工作經驗At least 3 years sales working experience, especially worked in foreign company is preferred.至少3年銷售經驗，外企工作背景優先考慮Related medical device and nursing product knowledge and experience相關醫療器械及院外護理產品的專業知識及從業經驗OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求Be honest and integrate誠實、守信Strong language expression有良好的語言表達能力Have certain analytic abilities具有一定的分析能力Initiative and team work有團隊精神，具有主動性Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)能熟練使用office辦公軟件（例如 Excel, Word, Powerpoint等）
